Cannabees GmbH, Sentibühlstrasse 3, 6045 Meggen, operates the Cannabees online shop, accessible at www.cannabees.ch. 

We offer you the purchase of Cannabees products and partner products in our online shop. 

Below, we would like to present our General Terms and Conditions, which apply to all orders you place through our online shop. 

These General Terms and Conditions contain the following: Points that should be highlighted are printed in bold. Please note that we may amend or change our Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of our General Terms and Conditions applies to your purchases on Cannabees on the date of your order. By placing an order, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions. 1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT Contracting party: When ordering Cannabees products, your contractual partner is Cannabees GmbH, Sentibühlstrasse 3, 6045 Meggen. When ordering partner products, your contractual partner is the respective partner, whose identity we will inform you about individually on the respective product details page. Binding order: The presentation of services and products in the online shop is merely an invitation to place an order. Only by clicking on the displayed link do you become obligated to place an order. By clicking confirmation buttons (for example, "buy now" or "order"), you submit a binding order for the items on the order page. Order Confirmation: We will confirm receipt of your order immediately by email after you submit it. A binding contract is only formed upon receipt of the order confirmation. Deadlines: If these Terms and Conditions specify working days as deadlines, we understand this to mean all days from Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding public holidays. 2. PRICES AND COSTS Prices: The prices listed in the offer at the time of ordering apply. The prices shown are final prices, meaning they include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs: We cover the shipping costs for you if the minimum order value is CHF 50. Different shipping costs may apply for particularly bulky, heavy, or valuable items. These will be displayed individually for each product on the product details page and on the order page during the sales process. Price changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website on the date of your order apply to you. Due Date: The purchase price and any applicable shipping costs are due upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise stipulated in the currently valid General Terms and Conditions. 3 PAYMENTS Payment Methods: We only accept the payment methods displayed to you during the ordering process. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for any given order and to refer you to other payment options. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts in Switzerland and within the European Union (EU). Any costs associated with a money transaction are your responsibility. Credit Card Payments: In the case of purchases made by credit card, your credit card account will be charged immediately upon conclusion of the contract. 4 Deliveries Delivery Location: We generally only deliver orders within Switzerland. We will deliver the items you ordered to the address specified in the order as quickly as possible. If you are not at home, we or our delivery partner are authorized to leave your delivery at your front door or according to the drop-off instructions you provided when placing your order. Partial deliveries: We reserve the right to make partial deliveries and provide partial services at any time, provided these are reasonable for you. If we make partial deliveries, we will cover the additional shipping costs. 5 WARRANTY GUARANTEE General: Our liability for our own negligence, as well as that of our employees, legal representatives, and agents, is limited to intent. Warranty for Defects: The applicable statutory warranty for defects applies. You must inspect the delivered items as soon as possible upon delivery and report any defects to us immediately in writing. For defects that were not apparent at the time of delivery, you must inform us in writing of each defect within 3 business days of becoming aware of it. Otherwise, the defect will be considered accepted by you. Replacement without defects: We expressly reserve the right to provide you with a replacement free of defects in the items claimed and confirmed. 6 VOUCHERS Redeeming Vouchers: Vouchers can only be redeemed for the purchase of our items or partner items – before the order process is completed – under the conditions shown on the voucher, but not for the purchase of further vouchers. It is not permitted to sell vouchers. Remaining balance and difference: When paying with a voucher, any remaining balance will be credited to your customer account and automatically applied to your next order. Voucher balances will not be paid out in cash, nor will they accrue interest. If the voucher balance is insufficient to cover the order, the difference can be paid using the available payment methods. Vouchers cannot be combined with any promotions or discount codes. Gift vouchers: Gift vouchers are vouchers that you can purchase for your family or friends. These are subject to the same terms and conditions as the vouchers. 7 DATA PROTECTION We are responsible for the collection, processing, and use of your data and must ensure compliance with Swiss law and any applicable European law. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations. 8 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION All legal transactions or other legal relationships with us are governed by substantive Swiss law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and any other international agreements do not apply. For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is the consumer's place of residence in Switzerland. In business transactions with merchants, our registered office in Lucerne is agreed as the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes concerning these General Terms and Conditions and individual contracts concluded under them.
